What the hell is this? Apple refuses cash? As in, “This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private” type of cash? Does this make them bigger than the government?
For me, it depends. Where am I sitting? What are the pot odds? Who am I up against? I’m a big ol’ chicken and would probably fold this hand. Or would I?
Elsewhere…hrm…I was happy that IMAP was finally being made available to my email service then I realized that I didn’t really care after all. Since I’m always connected and loathe mail clients I really have no use for IMAP for my mail accounts. Also, there is something twisted in getting excited about a protocol.
Leopard. Yeah, sounds cool. Won’t get it for my aging laptop at home though. Will probably install it at work for compatibility tests. I’m actually sick of reading about this thing. It’s everywhere and, as above, I find it unsettling that people are excited about an operating system. We’re talking about a thing that controls internal memory and input/output requests to hardware. Blah blah blah, Leopard. Blah Leopard blah. Yeah.
Remember, Ace Six will usually beat Queen five. Don’t be so hasty to go all-in with such a shit hand.
