Hey Harry, sorry it took so long to moderate your comment...my spam filter thought you were spam because you said "Harry" a bunch. Hilarious. Sorry that you don't like the Tool album, it's definitely not as heavy as I'd like...but still...it's heavy. Filth Pig was great, as you know, and I reallllly like Rio Grande Blood.

Harry was underwhelmed by Tool's latest offering. He didn't really 'feel' the music this time around, which will be the last time around (last album by Tool or last purchase by Harry, whichever comes first).

Harry recently picked up Ministry's Greatest Fits, a great compilation that has a bit of everything pre-Twitch. Most notable is the inclusion of Black Sabbath's "Supernaut", which Ministry recorded under one of their many pseudonyms, 1000 Homo DJs. Harry just might pick up Rio Grande Blood as well as Filth Pig to add to his back catalog.

I feel like an old fogey adding my music on here. But, the new Bruce Springsteen album "The Seeger Sessions" is really great. It is a collection of songs inspired by Pete Seeger and I think that it achieves what Billy Bragg and Wilco were attempting with their "Mermaid Avenue Sessions." It is raucous, hootenanny, protest music.

Also, I had to let my inner black man come out this weekend. So, I bought Anthony B.'s "Real Revolutionary" and Jimmy Cliff's "The Harder They Come." Anthony B. is a bit on the dancehall side of reggae but very cool. And, the Jimmy Cliff is a classic.
